Due to the attention of my first remake of Strobe, I took in some critique, and decided to revise and one-up the first video. This version covers the full song, and covers some more subtle and intricate details. I hope you dig it! SOFTWARE OVERVIEW: – Ableton Live 8 with Propellerhead Reason as ReWire slave. (Reason makes the majority of the instrument sounds. Lead synths, piano, strings, organ, etc.) – Native Instruments MASSIVE (Bass) – Almost all percussion loops and samples are from the Xfer Sample CD. – Various free mastering/imaging vsts from mda-vst.com – Shaker/rainstick samples gathered from free sound search engines. – Ambient rainforest drone from more found samples online that were assembled/mixed/exported from Logic Pro.
